Choose where you want to live
Wherever you want to live, we’ll help you and your friends/family to buy a building with multiple units together so that you can all live under the same roof. Or, when feasible, we’ll help you add a legal unit to your current home so friends or family can live (very) closeby. You can live with friends or family while still having your own space and privacy.
Have complete independence and control
During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, people living in the senior communities were forced to quarantine inside their units for a lengthy period of time, mostly against their wishes. By living in your own home/building, you don’t have to abide by the rules set forth by the living communities or condo HOA - you have complete independence and control on how you live.
Live comfortably and stylishly, and worry-free
After your (existing or newly purchased) home has been given a stylish make-over to support your changing needs and increase your comfort (including ADA amenities), you can live comfortably with your friends and family. Furthermore, we’ll take care of your home maintenance (like cleaning, gardening, repairing) so you can simply focus on living your life.
